Ian and later James acted on our behalf to sell a property in a remote rural location. Although the state of the market has been poor, they managed to get plenty of potential clients through the door. We had early offers on the property which fell through (time wasters!) but the Helmores team kept on the case and we eventually sold the property at a good price. Incidentally, there valuation was much higher than another agent we asked to quote and they achieved a good final price - result!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
