Helmores sold our property quickly in less than ideal market conditions. When the property we were hoping to buy fell through on the day we were due to exchange they were able to arrange rental property viewings instantly.
Overall, an excellent agency, their communication both with us and within their office left nothing to be desired.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
