Hudson Moody Wass are a terrible letting agent. They are slow to respond to repeated issues with a property and have no issues in lying to you. The owner of the company is unprofessional and egotistical. He shows little feeling towards his tenants.

Avoid.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Treat your tenants with far more respect and actually try to deal with problems in your properties rather than brushing them under the carpet. We were treated like idiots and felt completely taken advantage of.... shelling out ‚£325 per month EACH for a place that didn't even have working showers for the last 4 months. Disgraceful.
