The service given by the Helmores was excellent. The staff were friendly, supportive and efficient and were obviously pleased to be working in the Helmores team. Selling a home is not easy but the people at Helmores made it as pleasant as possible and even fun at times! The staff know their market and the local area very well and were able to advise us and help us in all aspects of the sale. We highly recommend them as the best in the region.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
