An excellent team all round at Helmores in Crediton. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property. The team are always cheerful, polite and friendly weather speaking face to face or on the telephone. Selling and moving must be one of the most stressful activities we can embark on, even if we don't think so at the start. To have a calm and helpful member of the team giving positive support at this time is so helpful. Ian, Loren, Claire and Phil also get a big cheer! Many thanks to you all.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
