Whether it's the type of our property or the current market, we did not get a lot of viewers to the property so not sure if Helmores were being totally proactive in promoting it apart from it being on various websites and in the local press. However, once we did find a buyer Helmores have been excellent in communicating with us and also in finding us our new home.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
