The agents were very prompt in giving valuable feedback after viewings which gave us a clear indication of small changes we could make to increase the opportunity for a successful sale. They arranged regular viewings which we could check details and outcomes of via the website even when we were away on holiday.
During the time our property was on the market we had dealings with all members of the team and without exception found them to be professional, efficient and extremely helpful. We would most definitely use them again.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
