Take ages to carry out repairs - only after making a deduction from my rent and reporting them to environmental health did they get onto the repairs, after about 6 months and many ignored emails/phone calls later. They complain about niggly little things, such as an ironing board in our back garden due to us buying a new one a couple of days ago - is this really affecting the property? Nobody can see it from the street. It\'s been there about 3 days, I work and so haven\'t had time to go to the tip. Seriously considering suing for harrassment.
