What agent could do to change your mind?
re modernize and redecorate ALL houses and never leave students without gas and electric. perhaps give them a budget at the beginning of the year and apply it all at once.

Paid for credit check, told them I had bad credit. But they insisted they would check with landlord before processing. 2 weeks later apparently the landlord changed his mind because of bad credit?!?! Would never go there again and I would advise anyone to stay away ...

Must have gone to a different one love!! Your right, they are very unlike other estate agents, but they are not first class and they only pretend to know what they are doing. If I run my business like they do I would have claims everywhere. ...

We had the same sort of problems, the house we looked at had been on the market a good few months (No wonder!). I have had several people tell me they have had problems. And even though it seemed to be the perfect house, i think we would of had alot of trouble with the estate agents. I am surprised if they have any happy landlords because there is a few properties that I know they keep turning people away from and have been on the market for a while. ...
