We had booked to view 2 properties, travelled over 40 miles each to view only to receive a phone call 30 minutes before the viewings (whilst we were driving so could not take the call) telling us \"something had come up\" with the current tenant so a vierwing would not be possible. Upon contacting them to check that the second viewing was still on, we were told they\'d been unable to contact the current tenant to get access, despite having promised to show us the property earlier in the week. No sympathy or apology came despite an email asking for an explanation and apology. Terrible customer service.
