From the very moment i contacted Helmores the service has been 5 star. Phil popped around, on time, with a really friendly manner, great help and sound advise. The property details they produced using Phils great photo's was fantastic. The photos and description really sold the place, hence we got sale agreed in 4 days!! All contact with the ladies at the crediton branch was really professional, helpful and friendly, so 5 stars to them too! We did initially contact another estate agent in crediton as their rate was lower, but we chose to go with Helmores as i just knew they would sell our property in a quick, professional manner. Great result!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
