The service I received from Helmores was excellent in all respects. Staff were knowlegable, helpful efficient and understanding. Calls were returned promptly and I was always kept in the loop while negotiations were taking place. Overall, the entire team at Helmores made what is always a very stressful process as straightforward and pleasant as possible. Now I have successfully moved, I quite miss them!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
