We used Helmores in Crediton to sell our property in 2011 and also purchased our current home through them around the same time.
Both transactions went smoothly and Helmores provided an excellent level of customer service. We had taken a bridging mortgage for our new home as we were waiting to sell our existing home, Helmores provided some bespoke advertorial for our home to gain interest which resulted in a swift sale.
Their advice on pricing and marketing was excellent and we would use their services again.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
