My wife and I have delt with Helmores over many years in either the sale of a property and purchases. They have always been very helpful whenever possible and have kept us informed of the 'Process' as it has gone along. Even in the present climate, they continued in the pursuance of a buyer for our recent sale and negotiated a good deal for our new property.
Both Clare and Rhona in the Crediton branch, went beyond the call of duty in their attendance to the process. Rob as always has good advice to offer when asked.
I would use Helmores again should the need arise and would recommend them to anyone.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
