This is the worst renting experience I have had to date. Late penalty fees are excessive i.e. over 150 pounds despite rent being less than 10 days late. There is a monthly service charge on the property for no work done on the property at all. Communal areas are not serviced, cleaned or maintained. and the property is actually in breach of rental regulations i.e. fire alarms that work. I am currently being threatened with court action to regain the regain excessive court fees. The staff are incredibly rude and inflexible and do not negotiate. I have as a result of this rental found myself suffering from stress. Do not deal with these agents.
What agent could do to change your mind?
I would warn anybody against using these agents .
