Gill has been an amazing support throughout in my experience in letting a house before Xmas. I was due to move into my house but there were some difficulty with a previous tenant but Gill was positive, kept me going, reassured me and determined to ensure that I will move into my home few days before Xmas and we did! She put up with many of my emails and due to profoundly deaf, Gill has been so clear at communication by emails and face to face, ensuring I understood everything. And the whole team at Helmores are amazing, they even got involved at some point to ensure I move into my beauftiful home by Xmas. Without them and their determination, I'm not sure where we would be! Thank you Gill and Helmores team.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
