Both Becky and Loren have been so helpful throughout the whole process, as we are first time buyers everything was new to us. They answered any of our questions and helped us with everything along the way.
We feel they both went above and beyond what is expected of them, and we have really appreciated everything they have done. After quite a tricky sale, they were the two people who advised and helped us through it.
Helmores have been great from the start: from viewing different houses, until completion. Would definitely recommend, they make buying a house so much easier!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
