Very pleased with service received from Helmores. We bought through them when moving to the area, and sold with them this time. Our house sold very quickly and they were always easy to get hold of and the communications from James were great. Even when things were tricky at the end I had the feeling they were really working hard to get things moving.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
