From start to finish we had a flawless experience listing our property with Helmores. Nothing was too much trouble and we were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness of everyone we dealt with.
Ian in particular was fantastic and so quick to respond to all our queries and requests. But we also had a great experience with everyone we dealt with and Loren was great at handling all the after-sale steps once we'd accepted an offer.
We had previously listed with an online estate agent and there really is no comparison, and no substitute for the service we received from Helmores.
We received more viewings in the first week with Helmores than we did in six weeks with the online agent and would thoroughly recommend Helmores to anyone. They made the process smooth and stress free and we achieved a sale quickly once listing with them, despite it being a quiet period of the year.

Comment on agent fees
Fees were very fair - having experienced both an online only agent and Helmores the difference in effort, customer service, experience and professionalism is very noticeable and Helmores was more than worth the fee.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
