We were impressed from the very beginning when Ian came to value the house and go through the process. The photos showed our house at its best and the viewings commenced immediately. Becky and Lauren kept us informed with all the bookings and provided a great service via the telephone and the Helmores personal portal. Viewings were completed by us and the Team, who were very polite and professional. Our big thanks to the Helmores Team, but especially to Becky & Lauren with all their hard work and negotiating skills

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
