By far the best of the agents I encountered when looking for a property in the Crediton area, Helmores were the only ones who made sure they introduced me only to properties appropriate to what I was looking for, and they provided frequent updates. When I asked to view a property, they were very helpful, and readily available; and once I had made an offer, they kept in regular contact, keeping me updated, and were helpful when I had questions, always responding promptly to my emails.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
