We were impressed from the very beginning when Ian came to go through the process with us. Rob took great photos that showed everything at its best and, when the viewings began, Caroline had got to know the house and village before showing people round. Then Becky kept us informed about who would visit when and in following them up. Finally, Loren was really superb in negotiating all the insurance and outs of the sale
Comment on agent fees
We negotiated a slightly lower fee than advertised. It seems like a lot but they did work hard on the sale and we had full confidence in them throughout.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
