All the way through our sale process the communication from Helmores was excellent despite the fact they had to negotiate with both myself and my ex partner. We had heaps of viewings and were very happy with the sale price fetched. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. A big thankyou to Loren for all her hard work getting the completion tied up in time for a date the funds were needed for. She was able to push things along where even the solicitors couldn't. Would definitely recommend

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
