There is no doubt that the staff at Helmores work closely with each other to form the strong, professional team that they are. From Rob at the beginning showing a genuine enthusiasm for our property, to Sharon learning everything about the property so that she was informative when showing prospective buyers around, to Loren and James in the office who were highly diligent throughout the whole process. Loren and James were responsive to queries, liaised well with solicitors and other estate agents and were good at keeping us up-to-date. I can not sing their praises highly enough. I have already recommended Helmores to others. Thank you so much.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
