From valuation to final completion it has been a pleasure to work with Helmores. We were selling for my elderly mother and do not live locally but this was not a problem for Helmores who made sure we were well supported and informed about everything. They have a variety of communication systems but have not lost the personal touch and I feel I know Loren even though we have never actually met. The team at Helmores delivered an attentive service right to completion. I only wish there was a Helmores in our area because if there was I'd definately use them.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
