Really happy with the friendly and professional service that we received. Communications were a real plus: always happy to give their time, to help out and to ensure continued information passing between buyer and seller. I also appreciated their input and advice when deciding on what to negotiate and accept from potential buyers at the start of the process. Ian also did a great job in getting the house on the market quickly and we followed his wise advice on valuation.
Comment on agent fees
We know we could have got cheaper fees elsewhere but we went with Helmores for the professional, personal touch and for peace of mind. We got all of these things.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
