I have to say the whole team at helmores were fantastic. The listing, the communication, the assistance they provided with our buyers and onward vendor when things got a bit tricky. It was just the service that was needed and all the team seem very attentive and well briefed. They earned the extra money that puts them above the fees of other local agents and I would recommend them to any seller.

Higher than average but with hindsight every penny was earned and they made the selling process extremely smooth and as stress free as it can be

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
