We recently sold and bought with Helmores. The pictures they took of our house were really good and they were quick in getting it live. We had house viewings the next day and sold within that day. Helmores were so helpful if we had any questions and were good at keeping us up to date with what was going on.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
