Absolutely over the moon with the service received throughout both my sale and purchase. I didn't have to chase for anything as I was constantly kept up to speed by Loren and Becky, alleviating one of the many stresses experienced moving house. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant, flawless move and would definitely recommend Helmores to anyone because of them.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
