I'm very happy with this agency, Mike and Gill helped me and supported me throughout the process of obtaining the house. Very professional and good people.
One of my colleague applied with another agency before me and he is still in pending despite the fact that his application was approved before mine! The agency in matter does not give him as much support as I got from Helmores agents and the communication between them is almost inexistent.
I will definitely contact Helmores in future and I recommend this Agency to all of you there who are looking for a new place to live.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
