We are incredibly pleased with the service we have received from Helmores.
When we first contacted James with our search requirements, he immediately set about provided us with information about properties that matched our criteria and updating us when new properties came into the market. We were able to book viewings quickly and easily and James was always easily contactable.
From the point that we had our offer accepted, Loren took over and again was incredibly helpful. She kept us updated with progress of the purchase every step of the way and was helpful with any enquiries we had.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
