Have in the past year sold two and bought one property with helmores.all staff ,especially Becky have been most helpful in going the extra mile to make the process as stress free as possible.Loren has been superb in pulling together solicitors etc plus keeping us informed. Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
