Helmores gave us a seamless, efficient, and friendly service from the word 'go.' Ian followed up the first visit with several more bringing expert advice and faultless performance of the tasks. Then Rona and Loren took over the day to day contact with us. Just as Ian gave us very careful personal attention so did they. Their standards of courtesy, good advice, attention to detail, and personal care were outstanding.
We recommend Helmores without hesitation. If they can maintain this level of excellence they will remain, in our opinion, one of the very best estate agents in the market.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
