My property was on the market for several months before being taken on by Helmores. I was always kept fully informed about the progress of the sale, and on several occasions Loren approached the buyer's solicitor to short circuit some problems. In all respects Helmore's team met and exceeded my expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
