We sold our house through Helmores, Crediton Branch. All staff were polite and helpful. Loren Eginton was our main contact and kept us up to date throughout, liaising with both the purchasers Solicitors & our own. She was very attentive to us, as customers & we would not hesitate to recommend the services of Helmores, Crediton Branch. It is very rare that you feel that you received excellent value for money - on this occasion we did. Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
