first class service from an excellent team and a well organised and well thought of and forward thinking firm of estate agents. Loren and Becky were interested,helpful and excellent at their jobs.
Comment on agent fees
I would prefer to pay no fees but in this day and age this is somewhat unrealistic! At the end of the day,the service and success obtained depends on what you pay. Good value.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
