Hellmores were absolutely fantastic throughout out purchasing process. As a first-time buyer, the most important element for me was the level and quality of communications. I always received quick replies, and was kept up-to-speed every step of the way. There was a great deal of going back and forth between the various parties involved, and Loren did a great job of coordinating everything and making sure everyone was on the same page. Whenever any problems or setbacks popped up, they were always dealt with in a friendly and professional way. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
