Helmores offered an efficient service and they managed a large number of viewings in a short space of time resulting in an offer being made very soon after the property went up for sale. As the sale proceeded, I appreciated them being the link between the purchasers, the solicitors and myself. In particular Loren was a reassuring voice when negotiations became a little difficult, and she saw the transaction through successfully.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
