Helmores have been absolutely first class throughout selling our house, and buying another. All staff were 100% professional at all times. They gave just enough help, but weren't pushy at all. I was only allowed to pick 2 staff members in this review, but I'd like to thank Ian Blanchford for his spot on valuation, photos and marketing, to Rona Haggerty and Becky Denford for setting up viewings and finding us our buyer, and our perfect property. Then to Loren Eginton for taking over once sales were agreed, and keeping us all in the loop, being that all important contact between everyone in the chain. Helmores you are amazing! Wouldn't recommend anyone else, you are brilliant! PS: Also liked the information when I was on hold on the telephone! Genius!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
