We used Helmores to view several properties and received regular updates from them. We were fortunate enough to be contacted by James when a property we missed out on was coming back to the market and were able to see it and secure it almost immediately. James was very quick to arrange all the details, and communicated quickly and efficiently.
Loren took over once we have agreed a sales price, and kept us informed on the process, regularly phoning us to give us an update as to where everything was. She was easy to contact when we had questions, and I feel she did everything in her power to ensure things went smoothly and efficiently.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
