I registered with quite a few agents whilst looking to buy a new property, and experienced all types of customer service, some agents were more proactive than others. I did feel Loren 'had a grip' of our requirements. I was particularly impressed when I called Loren whilst on holiday in France. We had received a phone call from another agent we were buying a property through whilst in France informing us that our vendors had pulled out of the sale and we were already at solicitors stage, we all found this stressful, I re-registered with agents ( again some were better than others ) I spoke with Loren at Helmores straight away to inform her of this news and she was exceptionally understanding of our position and immediately sent us details of properties that matched our requirements and arranged viewings ready for our return from France. She was all hands on deck with no messing about extremely proactive, thorough and detailed in her approach and the communication I received was excellent, Loren was extremely prompt and reliable resulting in us purchasing a property through Helmores. Not all agents I dealt with really took the time to listen to our requirements in detail, Loren did and for this, she stood out. The whole sale from start to finish was dealt with professionally.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
