Over the years Helmores have given us quite a lot of advice on valuations and letting and we have found them very helpful and friendly, as they claim to be. They have just relet a property for us. Everything went smoothly. We like the tenants they have found for as and know that if we run into any problems we can turn to Helmores for help.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
