Loren was my contact throughout a fairly lengthy sale process. She provided regular updates, without the need for any prompting, and was exceptionally efficient and helpful at all times. She went way beyond what could be expected in terms of liaising with solicitors and chasing people up.
Helmores, and Loren in particular, provided outstanding service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. I can't imagine that the service can have been improved in any way.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
