Gill was both patient and very professional throughout the moving process, I was not able to provide a definite moving date for some time, but this did not impact upon her professionalism. Gill's communication and efficiency had been first class, she has been very friendly throughout, I am and continue to be very impressed with Helmores Crediton branch. Seamless and stress free.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
