Great service at Helmores! Staff were very friendly, we were mostly dealt with by Mike and Gill and both were very friendly and efficient. We found both Mike and Gill very helpful and professional and we're quick to reply and deal with our concerns when need be. We would definitely recommend Helmores to our friends and family!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
