Having somewhat messed Helmores around in the early stages of my house move to Devon, they stayed with me and I eventually bought a property through them. From the initial contact with James through to the day to day detail with the ever efficient Loren, I have to say that I understand why Helmores have such a positive position within the housing market...................thanks!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
