Rob, Ian & Loren helped us selling a £600k property close to Sandford. They were all extremely professional and guided us well through all of the steps ensuring we made the right decisions, they certainly won my trust very quickly. I would say Helmores is quite unique and is vastly better than the big 3 Exeter competitors. Genuinely only very positive feedback. In addition I was dubious about using a 3D video tour... quite outstanding and innovative.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
