From the moment Helmores took over the marketing of Beare Farm the service has been outstanding. Ian did a superb job of producing a really impressive brochure and within a few days we had a huge number of viewings. All the staff that we had contact with were so professional and friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble. Both Rona and Loren were a real pleasure to deal with and always followed up every request we made, I cannot recommend them more highly, really delightful girls!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
