I am highly impressed with my dealings with both these people. They did what they said, were efficient, helpful, friendly and we felt went that extra mile.
I was also very gratified by the high level of integrity demonstrated when working for their client but also for us purchasers. No playing off one buyer against another to bump up the price etc.
I would happily recommend using Helmores and look forward to working with them again.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
