Excellent service from Loren and her colleagues. Viewing was easy to arrange and multiple visits were no problem. Good support during sales process and we also received recommendations on local companies for conveyancing. In all a very pleasant experience as a buyer, pity they are not local to us as we could use the to sell for us.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
